Diversity Culinary

A buffet like you nHave you ever seen one… and not only!

A cold buffet that will delight the greatest number, at the Gharbi no one is left out: 90% of the dishes are vegetarian. We enjoy lunch and dinner with great classics such as hummus or falafel and we take pleasure in discovering new flavors with vine leaves, red pepper puree or mint yogurt. A tasty appetizer that can be enjoyed in menus ranging from €19 to €39.50.

Our kitchen

And that's not all, we still have many surprises in store for you in the kitchen! After Syria, a short stopover in Italy where the chef concocts you the essentials of the transalpine country. On the menu, lasagna is served alongside a fine selection of pizzas, all cooked with quality products. A quality that we find in particular in the meat suggestions coming straight from La Cave du Boucher. Prime rib, pork loin, flank steak and rib steak, the refined meats are rigorously selected to offer you the best possible quality.
