Since 1997 we have been working as a family with always the same passion!
In the kitchen, young chef Maria Gharbi, a graduate of the Paul Bocuse Institute, is busy preparing the daily buffet, Syrian specialties that she cooks in the family tradition, desserts in which she excels.
